  • Ability to define, document and explain end-to-end security architectures and to write multi-year AI security roadmaps tied to business strategy.
  • Proven cyber defence architecture experience covering monitoring, detection, response, threat intelligence and automation, with the ability to drive the roadmap and support delivery teams.
  • Hands-on experience securing cloud-native and data-driven platforms such as Azure or AWS, including identity, data, API and platform security for AI workloads.
  • Proven experience securing AI and ML systems, including data pipelines, model training and inference, and protection against data leakage, model abuse and adversarial threats.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a proven record as a trusted adviser to senior and C-level stakeholders and the ability to guide engineers and architects in an agile organisation.
