Sales Developer

Description

You will join the Innovative Tech team as a Sales Developer, growing a team of IT professionals placed on contracting projects.

You will be the main contact for customers, offering IT consulting through staff augmentation and wider IT solutions.

You will work closely with the recruitment team to match customers with suitable skills and profiles. You will begin by supporting existing accounts and, as you gain confidence, take over your own portfolio.

The company is a technology consulting firm across EMEA that focuses on AI-led transformation for businesses and public institutions. Its areas are cloud, data, cybersecurity and AI, and it has 30 years of consulting experience and about 11,000 specialists.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base in the Czech market.
• Look for new business opportunities and areas where the business can expand.
• Handle day-to-day client communication and hold regular follow-up meetings to keep service high.
• Build an account plan that the internal team can see, and bring in the resources needed to grow the account.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Work toward and beyond sales targets that support the company's growth.
• Visit clients and prospects in person to understand their needs and present the company's products and services.
• Take part in local and global tenders, including proposals and cost calculations.

Requirements

• University education. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Sales or account management experience, or a strong natural instinct for sales.
• Interest in staff augmentation and IT services.
• Strong communication, presentation, listening and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to manage several projects at once while staying precise.
• Natural relationship builder who is honest, dependable and mature.
• Advanced English and Czech or Slovak. This is required.
• Welcome: experience providing IT professional services to customers.
• Welcome: previous experience in a recruitment agency.
