Its customers include commercial, government, academic and healthcare organisations.

The Regional Marketing Specialist works as a strategic marketing partner to the Regional Vice President and the regional leadership team, supporting regional goals such as pipeline growth, revenue targets and brand development. The role makes sure regional priorities feed into Global Strategic Plans.

This role carries out marketing in North Europe, covering the UK, Ireland, DACHP, the Nordics, Benelux and South Africa. The focus is stakeholder management, regional insight and aligning local marketing work with global initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the RVP and regional leaders to understand business priorities, then build marketing plans that support pipeline, revenue, customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Represent the region within global marketing teams, so that local market conditions, customer insight and commercial priorities shape global strategies and programmes.
  • Track local market trends, regional performance and customer needs, then recommend strategy and spot ways to speed up growth.
  • Design and run integrated programmes across digital, events, partner, account-based and demand generation channels to meet regional goals.
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, localising where needed.
  • Own the full delivery of regional marketing work, adjusting to shifting business needs and market conditions.
  • Work closely with sales and business leaders so that marketing supports pipeline creation, progression and revenue.
  • Coordinate with central teams, including portfolio, segment, digital and the global events coordinator, to build regional programmes that fit business priorities and produce measurable results.
  • Keep regional plans aligned with global priorities, focus areas and campaign frameworks, so messaging, positioning and customer experience stay consistent across markets.
  • Act as a trusted marketing partner to regional sales leaders and product specialists, aligning plans and spend with business goals and showing marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Influence and coordinate stakeholders across global and regional teams to keep messaging consistent, execution effective and work tied to strategic goals.
  • Report on marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion, engagement and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign results to find trends, opportunities and gaps.
  • Use data and insight to recommend changes, optimise marketing spend and keep improving programme effectiveness.
  • Stay agile, adjusting plans and tactics as business priorities, markets and results change.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a global organisation.
  • A track record of turning business strategy into regional marketing plans and actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
  • A solid grasp of integrated marketing, digital engagement and demand generation.
  • Experience working with centralised marketing teams and coordinating across functions and geographies.
  • An analytical approach, with proficiency in marketing metrics, pipeline reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Optional advantage: some knowledge of German, though it is not essential.
