Description

Founded in 2019, the company builds banking products for modern businesses: checking and savings accounts, cards, payments, credit, treasury, and the analytics that connect them.

Hiring shapes both the company's products and its customer experience. In this role you will have direct influence on the teams that build them, owning a focused set of searches from start to finish and working closely with hiring managers.

The company is a financial technology firm, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services are provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., both Members FDIC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting process for engineering and data roles, from kickoff to close.
  • Keep several pipelines healthy at the same time.
  • Find candidates through proactive, inventive sourcing to reach strong technical people.
  • Learn the products, engineering problems, and needs of each team you hire for.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and the recruiting timeline.
  • Plan offers and close them for your searches.
  • Make the candidate experience considerate and open, from first contact to final decision.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years as a technical recruiter supporting engineering or data teams.
  • Sourcing skill that reaches well beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Real interest in the products and teams you support, and an understanding of how the roles you fill create impact.
  • Clear alignment with the company's values, and the ability to represent them honestly to candidates and colleagues.
  • Enjoy building diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams, and lead with empathy, kindness, and care.
  • Strong urgency and ownership in your work, and willingness to help with hiring in other parts of the business when needed.
