Quality Engineer in Business Unit ME-SE

Description

You will join the quality organization of an internationally operating business unit that develops sensor solutions for a better life, and work with many different stakeholders to gain wide-ranging insight.

The team works on MEMS sensor development, and the company is a large industrial technology group.

Responsibilities

• Help design processes and rules that are efficient and practical, work with the relevant functions to put them in place, and answer employees' process questions.
• Guide MEMS sensor project managers so their projects deliver on time and meet the applicable processes and requirements.
• Carry out project audits.
• Act as the business unit's representative in internal and external audits.
• Keep improving processes and methods.

Requirements

• A degree in engineering, the natural sciences, or a closely related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Sharp analytical reasoning.
• Ability to move topics forward and deliver results across several functions.
• Able to work independently and stay motivated without close supervision.
• Enjoy helping colleagues succeed and contributing to shared goals.
• Experience in product development or quality management.

Conditions
