Description

You will be the main enablement resource for the Customer Success organization's Qualified Success Architect (QSA) team, which is part of a fast-paced startup. Your work centers on getting new hires up to speed on the Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper, the AI SDR Agent, and on keeping the CS/QSA team current through live sessions and knowledge materials.

This role is titled Qualified Success Architect, Internal Enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for new QSAs throughout onboarding, check in with them often, arrange their system access, and chase IT when access or setup stalls.
  • Guide new hires toward QSA certification by tracking their progress and pushing for faster movement when they fall behind.
  • Plan and run CS 5-star Enablement, the live training held every two weeks for the CS/QSA team, working with Product and subject matter experts so the content is accurate and useful.
  • Keep the internal Guru knowledge base up to date, including overseeing the knowledge agents.
  • Contribute to larger enablement projects alongside the Manager of CS Enablement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Qualified platform so the wider CS/QSA team can rely on you for answers.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience with Mid Market or Enterprise software.
  • Background in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role. Experience with the Qualified platform is a strong plus.
  • Experience coaching or teaching colleagues, as a team lead, informal mentor, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle several onboarding timelines and projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with knowledge management tools such as Guru or Notion, or a clear aptitude for learning them.
  • Ability to work across teams with Product and subject matter experts to keep training content current.
  • Real curiosity about how the product works, and enjoy digging into the details.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup with several roles at once.
  • Commitment to setting new team members up for long-term success.

Conditions

Candidates should apply for no more than 3 roles within 12 months to avoid duplicated effort.
