Description

The company runs an AI-driven security automation platform that lets security teams build no-code workflows, used by customers from the Fortune 10 to early-stage startups.

The company is at Series D funding, with headcount up 200% and revenue up 300%.

Customers cut threat response time by 70% or manual work by 75% for any security process, and the customer base doubles every few months.

You join the Field Engineering team and work alongside a global group of skilled engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers adopt the automation platform and keep getting value from it over time.
  • Give hands-on technical support, solve hard problems, and make sure customers get a top-tier experience.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap using customer feedback and new trends.
  • Follow developments in security and automation and bring useful insight to customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on work with SOAR or automation technologies, or in a similar role.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as post-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or technical services.
  • Demonstrated skill in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
  • A drive to deliver outstanding customer experiences and a can-do approach in a quick-moving setting.
  • Highly desirable: experience with security operations centers (SOC), cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies.
  • If you meet most but not all of these qualifications, apply anyway; the company values varied backgrounds and perspectives.

The company is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes applicants of every background.
