Description

The role manages anesthesia and critical care management system implementation projects, mainly in the Romanian market, with possible work elsewhere in Europe.

Implementation covers hardware and software deliveries, along with their setup, configuration and testing, carried out by in-house staff and subcontractors.

You will also check that services are delivered under agreed service contracts, produce reports on service performance against agreed service levels, and run regular service meetings with High Acuity customers.

If a customer escalates a service performance issue, you own both internal and external communication about it.

When needed, you also run delivery projects such as new implementations, system upgrades, system extensions and smaller projects.

You will join an international High Acuity healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of High Acuity Care projects from start to finish, covering new implementations, upgrades, extensions and smaller initiatives.
  • Plan, monitor and control scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks and put mitigation measures in place across the full lifecycle.
  • Act as the main contact in every delivery phase, handling conflicts and escalations.
  • Link the company and healthcare customers as the primary communicator.
  • Run regular service meetings and keep expectations aligned for all service and project work.
  • Own internal and external communication when service performance escalates.
  • Make sure services meet contractual terms and service levels.
  • Handle procurement and coordinate hardware and software deliveries.
  • Oversee installation, configuration and testing by internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare professional and technical project documentation and make sure it meets internal and customer standards.
  • Work with sales, application specialists, technical services and service desk teams.
  • Coordinate with global engineering, product management and marketing teams.
  • Balance internal and external expectations for project and service delivery.
  • Prepare performance reports and present service results to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal service teams to keep service quality high.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, with familiarity with hospital information systems.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare settings and clinical workflows in ICUs and operating rooms.
  • Experience in project management within IT delivery.
  • Customer-facing experience and a professional, composed manner.
  • A strong process mindset and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to align expectations across many internal and external parties.
  • Proven ability to lead customer meetings, guide discussions and present project updates clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations professionally and stay calm under pressure.
  • Well organized and self-driven, able to juggle several priorities in a changing environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a firm commitment to service excellence and satisfaction.
