Description

The company helps businesses of all sizes with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing, identity authentication and verification, fraud and credit risk, and customer data management, aiming to grow revenue, run operations more efficiently, and improve the customer experience.

The Global Products & Analytics Project Management Office sits within the Business Services group. It is a cross-functional team that runs high-impact programs and enterprise initiatives, working with product, technology, analytics, and business leaders to set priorities, improve collaboration, and produce measurable business value through governance and operational discipline. The pace is quick and the environment keeps changing, and the team helps build solutions for fraud, identity, financial crime, credit risk, and customer data.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will run complex programs that can cut across business areas, products, regions, and functions. You will work with business and technology leaders to set strategy, governance, delivery plans, and success measures, keeping priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes aligned.

The role suits someone comfortable with unclear situations who can shape decisions without formal authority and who uses modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to raise delivery quality, transparency, and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major programs that may span several business areas, products, regions, or functions.
  • Set program strategy, objectives, roadmap, operating model, governance, decision rights, and integrated delivery plans.
  • Handle program-level risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts, with mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Work with sponsors and business owners to define value, success measures, adoption plans, and benefits realization.
  • Bring senior stakeholders into agreement on priorities, scope, sequencing, resources, and expected results.
  • Deliver brief, decision-focused updates to executives, delivery teams, and key partners.
  • Coach project managers and delivery staff by sharing tools, practices, and program leadership know-how.
  • Use approved AI and automation tools for planning, research, reporting, risk spotting, knowledge synthesis, and delivery, while staying accountable for the quality and integrity of the information.

Requirements

  • You have shown you can build program strategy, integrated plans, governance structures, and executive decision frameworks where the picture is unclear.
  • You have a track record of winning over senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and resources, settling cross-functional disagreements, and leading without formal authority.
  • You have strong experience managing program risks, dependencies, investments, delivery performance, change impacts, and outcome measurement.
  • You communicate exceptionally well in writing, speaking, facilitating, and at executive level, turning complex information into clear decisions and actions.
  • You have used data and current project, collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and support decisions.
  • You understand responsible AI practice, including checking outputs, human oversight, data protection, transparency, and escalating appropriately.
  • You have worked in a complex, global, cross-functional, or regulated setting such as financial services, data, privacy, risk, or compliance.
  • Certification in one of: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, change management, portfolio management, or advanced agile.
  • Read the risk benefit statement.
