  • Build and maintain integrated schedules, spot variances early and guide recovery actions.
  • Manage cost, margin, forecast accuracy, cash flow and billing readiness. Work with commercial and account teams to find ways to expand customer value.
  • Keep a current log of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID log). Escalate with facts, options and recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, clarify who is accountable and bring commitments to completion.
  • Apply Lean, Agile or traditional methods to suit each project, and share lessons learned with colleagues.
  • About You You are a collaborative program manager who builds trust with customers and colleagues, and you enjoy guiding complex software projects to a successful handover.
  • Required

  • Experience managing scope, schedules, finances, risks, change control and executive reporting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through complex delivery situations.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid and Waterfall (step-by-step) approaches.
  • Clear communication with technical, commercial and executive audiences, including director-level customers.
  • Preferred
  • Experience delivering electric utility software, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), energy management or outage management systems.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner) or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
  • Experience with global, distributed teams and implementation partners.
  • Education A formal education and subsequent Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant subject is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
