Program Manager, Enterprise AI Literacy & Enablement - (E4)

  • Office
  • 3-6 years

Salary

$116,000/ year

Description

The company is a global leader in materials science and engineering. Its equipment goes into nearly every new semiconductor chip and advanced display made worldwide.

That equipment supports AI development and the commercial launch of next-generation chips. The team drives enterprise-wide AI adoption and culture building, turning strategy into measurable workforce skill.

You will help employees move from AI-curious to AI-proficient at the pace a global technology manufacturer requires. This is an enterprise change initiative you would own, not a training catalog role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year enterprise AI literacy roadmap. Set the curriculum by role, function, and proficiency tier, then turn it into a quarterly plan with named milestones and owners.
  • Link every deliverable to productivity, operational efficiency, or competitive advantage, not just satisfaction or attendance.
  • Track results with a KPI framework covering adoption and usage, proficiency by tier, time saved and productivity gains, and confidence and sentiment. Report findings to senior leaders regularly.
  • Design and run hands-on workshops for people managers and executives on the company's AI tool stack, including Microsoft Copilot, so leaders can model new habits and set team expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and hold accountable an AI champion network across business units. Equip these ambassadors with resources, feedback channels, and executive backing to speed adoption where you cannot be present.
  • Go beyond communications. Identify cultural, technical, and structural barriers to adoption, plan how to address them, and work with managers to change behavior before resistance hardens.
  • Work with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance so every initiative fits the company's responsible-AI principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Win buy-in, resources, and sponsorship from business unit leaders and executives in a matrixed organization where you hold no direct authority over them.
  • Gather participant feedback, benchmark against industry peers, and redesign the program continuously, treating each cohort as input for the next.

Requirements

  • Run complex programs at enterprise scale, including cross-functional work at companies with 5,000+ employees. Manage scope, stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Influence senior leaders and functional partners through credibility and clarity rather than reporting lines. Be comfortable presenting to executives regularly.
  • Read organizational culture, politics, and decision patterns through observation, without needing everything written down.
  • Map downstream risks, stakeholder effects, and KPI impacts before recommending anything, and raise them early.
  • Turn strategy into structured execution, from writing a program charter to running a weekly status meeting.
  • Design and lead a 2-hour executive session with skeptical senior leaders, adjusting when energy drops or a question derails the agenda.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged through a multi-year AI enablement effort with plateaus, share wins clearly, and rework programs that are not working.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of program or change management in a large, complex enterprise. A technology, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing background is a plus.
  • Preferred: experience designing and facilitating executive learning, ideally covering AI or digital transformation.
  • Preferred: hands-on use of enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar productivity AI platforms. Experience training others on them is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: exposure to responsible-AI or AI governance frameworks, including evaluating and reducing AI risk with Legal, Compliance, or Data Governance teams.
  • Preferred: experience building or scaling an ambassador, champion, or peer-network program across multiple business units.
