Production Engineer - Digitalization

Description

The company is a global organization that develops and manufactures water-cooling systems for critical applications. This role sits in the growing Cooling Systems business in Landskrona, where the team values teamwork, diversity, continuous learning and innovation.

The role focuses on production engineering with an emphasis on digitalization, helping the company's energy work reach homes, schools, hospitals and industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization and automation work across production and logistics to raise performance.
• Build and keep up dashboards, reports and KPIs that help people make decisions based on data.
• Gather, analyze and visualize data to spot where things can improve and support fact-based choices.
• Push the use of AI across factory operations to improve results.
• Help connect production systems, ERP solutions and other digital platforms.
• Lead or join projects involving MES, WMS, Industry 4.0 and continuous improvement.
• Encourage Lean methods and help optimize processes across the organization.
• Work with colleagues from other functions to build solutions that are sustainable and efficient.

Requirements

• An engineering degree or a related field, plus experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with databases, SQL, ERP systems such as SAP, and programming.
• Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar.
• Ability to manage projects and drive improvements on your own.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A collaborative, inclusive attitude and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Conditions

Full-time position based in Landskrona, Skane County, Sweden, on site with no remote work.
