Role Overview/What will you do :
You will be working on greenfield software projects using the latest AI technology.
Your clients will be our colleagues in the Production Management area.
You will be building AI Agents and doing prompt engineering
Key Skills and Experience required :
Software engineering experience is a must, ideally in python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering — including working with LLM APIs.
Demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering : designing, iterating, and evaluating prompts
Ability to quickly pick up new skills, frameworks, and paradigms. In a field evolving as fast as AI engineering, the ability to learn is crucial.
Any Beneficial / Nice to have skills and experience:
Ability to operate in a global environment with on-/near-/off-shore matrix reporting structures.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical subject is desirable.
Engineering Mindset — approaches every problem systematically
Good written and verbal communication skills.
