Job Location: UK, Czechia or Spain (Remote, with some travel)

Reporting To: Marketing Director, the company GraphAware

Why apply?

At the company GraphAware, we help organisations make sense of complex data to uncover hidden relationships, investigate risk, and make better decisions. Our solutions support customers tackling some of the most demanding challenges in financial crime, intelligence analysis, and other mission-critical environments.

Following GraphAware's acquisition by the company, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth. Combining GraphAware's specialist technology and industry expertise with the company's global reach creates a significant opportunity to bring our solutions to new customers and markets.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how we position, communicate, and bring these solutions to market.

Your mission

As Solutions Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding our customers, markets, and technology, and turning that knowledge into compelling positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets that help us win business.

This is a product marketing role focused on industry solutions rather than individual products . Your initial focus will be on our Financial Crime Intelligence solution, helping financial institutions detect complex risks and investigate financial crime. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to work across other solutions, industries, and customer segments.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, whether that's developing a new value proposition, equipping sellers for customer conversations, or shaping the messaging for a go-to-market campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Customer and market understanding: Develop an understanding of our target industries, customers, and use cases. Research customer challenges, industry trends, and buying behaviors to identify target segments, develop ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, and inform our go-to-market strategy.
  • Positioning and messaging: Own the positioning and messaging for our solutions, translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions. Develop messaging frameworks, use-case narratives, proof points, and persona-specific messaging, ensuring consistency across sales materials, campaigns, web pages, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Sales enablement: Equip our sales teams with the knowledge and assets they need to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and win business. Develop pitch decks, solution overviews, discovery and qualification guides, objection handling, competitive battle-cards, and demo narratives.
  • Competitive intelligence and customer evidence: Work with the company's competitive intelligence function to develop clear differentiation and practical field guidance. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Advocacy, and Content teams to identify and develop compelling customer stories and proof points that demonstrate our value.
  • Go-to-market campaigns and launches: Shape solution launches and marketing campaigns by defining target audiences, customer challenges, messaging, value propositions, and content requirements. Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure campaigns resonate with customers and support our commercial objectives.
  • Thought leadership and solution content: Develop compelling points of view on industry challenges, market trends, and emerging technologies that establish our expertise and differentiate our approach. Research and draft thought leadership articles, positioning content, and other written materials, working with our Solutions Content Writer to refine and publish them. Help shape the messaging and content of our solution landing pages.
  • Profile we have in mind
  • We're looking for a commercially-minded marketer who enjoys understanding complex technology and finding ways to communicate value clearly. You should be equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, collaborating with technical specialists, and helping a salesperson prepare for an important customer conversation.
  • Essential background & experience:
  • B2B technology marketing: 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, including at least 3 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a closely related role. Ideally, you'll have worked with enterprise software, financial services technology, data platforms, analytics, or similarly complex solutions.
  • Positioning and messaging: Proven experience translating complex technical capabilities and customer challenges into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Sales enablement: A track record of creating practical sales materials and enablement resources that help commercial teams engage customers and win business.
  • Commercial understanding: A good understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying groups, customer decision-making, and how marketing can influence pipeline and revenue.
  • Market and competitive research: The ability to research customers, industries, competitors, and emerging trends, and translate your findings into actionable marketing and commercial recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. You can simplify complex topics, ask good questions, and communicate your ideas clearly to different audiences.
  • Soft skills & attributes:
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement: You enjoy learning about unfamiliar industries, getting to grips with new technologies, and finding better ways of working. You're confident experimenting with AI tools and automation to improve your productivity and the effectiveness of the wider team.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution: You're comfortable thinking about the bigger picture, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves to create a pitch deck, refine a message, or solve a practical problem.
  • Ownership and independence: You're proactive, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities, making informed decisions, and driving work forward with autonomy.
  • Collaboration and influence: You're a team player who can build productive relationships across functions and geographies, influence without direct authority, and bring people together around a shared objective.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing technology solutions to financial crime, fraud, AML, compliance, or risk management teams.
  • Experience with public sector, government, defence, or law enforcement markets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data technologies, graph databases, advanced analytics, or AI.
  • Familiarity with common marketing and sales platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, web analytics tools, and sales intelligence platforms like Gong. Experience with equivalent tools is equally welcome.

Benefits

  • High-impact role: Help shape the go-to-market strategy for a growing portfolio of industry solutions, with the backing and reach of the company.
  • Ownership and autonomy: Take responsibility for your areas of work, influence strategic decisions, and have the freedom to turn ideas into action.
  • Interesting challenges: Work with advanced technology and customers solving complex, meaningful problems across financial crime, intelligence analysis, and other mission-critical environments.
  • Collaborative international team: Work alongside experienced colleagues across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering in a supportive, highly collaborative environment.
