Description

The company offers risk assessment tools for insurers. They combine public and industry-specific data with advanced technology and analytics so insurers can evaluate and predict risk and run operations more efficiently across the full insurance policy lifecycle.

The Property Intelligence product team builds solutions that help insurers understand property, location, and risk. The team weighs what customers need today against new technology that could change insurance workflows and standards.

In this role you will shape the Property Intelligence platform by linking customer needs, product insights, and measurable results. You will work with customers, sales, and internal teams to grow product adoption and engagement, using analytics, feedback, and agentic workflows to manage the product well.

Responsibilities

  • Talk often with internal and external customers to learn how they work, what they use the product for, and how they compare with competitors.
  • Build and maintain KPI reports and analytics that track adoption, engagement, operational performance, and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Set up feedback loops and measure and report the impact of platform initiatives.
  • Help sales, internal teams, and customers understand what the Property Intelligence platform can do, what it is worth, and where it is heading.
  • Collect information from many internal and external sources to support commercially sound decisions for the product and the organization.
  • Build and maintain a set of agentic workflows that support the wider product management team.

Requirements

  • Solid grasp of agile product development and iterative delivery.
  • Experience collecting customer feedback and turning requests into clear requirements and product insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using product metrics, KPIs, and data to make decisions.
  • Ability to work with technical concepts such as APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle several priorities and work well in unclear situations.
  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus.
