Description

The company is now part of DoorDash, and the role may involve working with teammates, systems and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt as one global team.

This Product Manager role owns pricing within the Growth team across the company and Wolt, covering more than 40 markets in EMEA.

Fees sit at the centre of the marketplace. They affect conversion, order frequency and profit and loss, and they tie into rider earnings and merchant economics worldwide.

The goal is to make the platform an affordable daily habit for all users.

The Pricing team owns the systems and experiences behind every order, including delivery options, promotions, fees and new pricing models across 40+ markets.

The work combines consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics and product craft, with the aim of making each order feel like good value while growing the business sustainably.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a set of global pricing products.
  • Find and launch major growth opportunities in affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue and profitability.
  • Take 0-to-1 bets through validation and launch, then scale them 100X.
  • Work closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on pricing algorithms, experiments and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Form hypotheses, run experiments, interpret the results and turn them into product strategy.
  • Define the metrics and decision frameworks for customer value, growth and marketplace economics.
  • Explain strategy, results and trade-offs to senior leaders across DoorDash.
  • Partner with Leadership, Finance, Marketing and Operations to design, launch and iterate on pricing experiments in all markets, covering delivery fees, service fee algorithms and new ventures.
  • Build a strong testing culture and turn unclear commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation plan.

Requirements

  • Significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth or monetisation products.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with comfort using experiments and data for high-stakes product decisions.
  • Comfort working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimisation problems.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear, executable product hypotheses and roadmaps.
  • Ability to act as a conductor, aligning technical, operational and business stakeholders and joining up strategy, execution and influence across teams.

Conditions

The role is based across EMEA markets and covers 40+ markets.

The interview process typically has 3-4 stages.

Equal opportunity: the company aims for a fair hiring process that lets every candidate's skills show.

Benefits

  • Work on real-world problems in a constantly evolving three-sided marketplace.
  • See the impact of your work quickly, shipping and testing ideas in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
  • Take on big, ambiguous problems with strong support for career growth.
  • A culture with high standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
  • Competitive salary and equity options.
