Description

The company is an AI-native financial operating system for health systems. It was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and is backed by top-tier investors.

It gives finance, supply chain, and managed care teams real-time visibility into where margin is at risk, along with a specific action plan to capture it before it is lost.

The platform combines structured, unstructured, and external data into contract-aware insights. AI agents unify spend and revenue operations across the back office, improving through every interaction and running continuously.

The company is shortening finance cycles from months to minutes, moving health systems from reviewing past periods to acting in the moment.

The role is for a Product Manager who will shape the foundational platform behind the company's AI-native products in supply chain, managed care, and pharmacy.

You will own the strategy and roadmap for the data infrastructure, core AI agents, and shared capabilities that turn fragmented healthcare data into intelligence people can trust and act on. You will work with Engineering, Research, and Product on what to build, how to build it, and how to make the foundation scale across customers and use cases.

This is the first Platform PM role. You will help define how AI and data address some of healthcare's hardest financial problems, helping product teams move faster and deliver real value to health systems.

Responsibilities

  • Set the platform vision, priorities, and roadmap. Decide which capabilities belong in the shared platform, which should start inside a single product domain, and how to weigh speed against long-term scalability.
  • Work with Engineering on how complex healthcare data is ingested, reconciled, modeled, and linked across products, contracts, vendors, facilities, and spend. Drive work such as LLM-based contract extraction, product categorization, and entity resolution, keeping every insight accurate, explainable, and traceable to its source.
  • Own the shared infrastructure behind the AI agents. With Engineering and Research, define how agents are built, evaluated, and improved so product teams can ship reliable AI features across several healthcare domains.
  • Set the standards, metrics, and ongoing monitoring for data quality across the platform. Build accuracy, reliability, and transparency into the systems from the start so health systems can trust the insights behind their financial decisions.
  • Work with the supply chain, managed care, and pharmacy product managers to understand their needs and build reusable capabilities that speed up their work. Keep improving how new health systems and data sources are onboarded, reducing complexity and getting value to customers faster.
  • Shape platform capabilities that meet the security, privacy, compliance, and reliability requirements of large health systems. Work with Engineering on practical architecture tradeoffs, turning early solutions into robust, scalable infrastructure as the company grows.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of product management experience, including building enterprise analytics, data, or intelligence platforms that serve multiple products or business domains.
  • You understand data architecture well, including ingestion, data modeling, entity resolution, APIs, and multi-tenant systems. You can discuss technical decisions and tradeoffs in depth with engineers.
  • You have built AI-powered products yourself and understand what LLMs and agentic systems can and cannot do, and how hard they are to evaluate.
  • You understand why accuracy, explainability, and traceability matter in enterprise platforms. You have built products where data integrity, security, privacy, and compliance were essential.
  • You have clear views, based on experience, on what belongs in a shared platform and what belongs in individual products. You can weigh long-term architecture against the business's immediate needs.
  • You work well where the product is still taking shape. You ship in increments, learn from real usage, and grow early capabilities into scalable, reliable systems.
  • You communicate clearly and write down decisions carefully. You build alignment across Product, Engineering, and Research through complex technical and business tradeoffs.
  • You are motivated by applying AI and modern data technology to hard healthcare problems. Experience with healthcare data such as EHR, ERP, supply chain, pharmacy, or payer data is a plus.
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs, ontologies, data catalogs, or master data management is a plus. Experience building products at an early-stage company is also a plus.
