The company builds agents that buy and scale ads for consumer brands, including Hims & Hers. The agents already make over 90% of the budget decisions in the ad account.
The agents have shown they can handle real work, managing budgets in the millions of dollars, but that is only part of the job. The company is hiring a fourth product engineer to help shape how the largest brands grow their customer base.
This role suits engineers who want to own whole parts of the product from start to finish. You will talk with customers, learn their problems in depth, and decide what to build.
Responsibilities
Own product outcomes. Engineers choose what to build and have full ownership of product goals, from improving the current surface to launching new products from 0 to 1.
Ship end-to-end across the stack. You will design and build systems and refine the user experience.
Work directly with customers. Start from the customer's problem, talk to them, ship, collect feedback, and iterate. Speed is high: a customer request can go from message to merged PR to live release the same day.
Build production agents that handle high-stakes work on million-dollar marketing budgets. Work on the harness, memory, learning loops, new tools, and how the agent interacts with the user, keeping the agent at the frontier of what is possible.
Use coding agents across your work, from gathering customer context and analysing production behaviour to prototyping solutions, writing code, and more.
Current projects include:
Autopilot: customers still review every budget change the agent proposes. As their trust grows, they are asking for the agent to apply decisions on its own, safely.
Creative insights: build tooling that lets the agent understand the visuals and audio of thousands of live ads.
Launching ads: let the agent start testing an ad as soon as its creative is ready, removing a bottleneck that currently takes days or weeks.
Creative experiments: once the agent can launch ads, have it test video and image formats to find new winners, since creative variety drives customer growth.
Requirements
At least 3 years of full-stack experience with React, Python, Postgres, and Clickhouse or similar technologies.
You have owned a product fully before, for example by taking it from 0 to 1 or by working directly with customers to shape and ship new features.
At least 3 years of experience overall.
Work authorization: only US citizens or holders of a US visa are eligible.
Nice to have: you have built production agents.
Nice to have: you have built data-intensive products or know Clickhouse.
