Description

The team builds the company's Digital Asset Platform, which covers digital identity, wallets, digital transfer agency, onchain data and intelligence, connectivity, and governance, with corporate actions and proxy work among them.

This role suits someone who asks good questions and follows analysis through to a usable result. Research, analysis, requirements, and testing feed decisions and help bring useful capabilities to market.

You will work across linked capabilities rather than one isolated area. Your starting focus will follow current business priorities and your own strengths.

Responsibilities

  • Study clients, industry workflows, competitors, and shifts in the digital asset market, then condense the findings into short product recommendations.
  • Chart the journeys of issuers, investors, and intermediaries, including the handoffs between onchain activity and off-chain records and operations.
  • Contribute to market sizing, business cases, pricing reviews, and launch plans using structured research, models, and explicit assumptions.
  • Turn product direction into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation, working with guidance from product leads.
  • Partner with engineering and operations on test scenarios and user acceptance testing, reproduce defects, and track fixes through to closure.
  • Build and maintain dashboards on usage, client feedback, data quality, and operational exceptions, and state plainly what the data does and does not show.
  • Prepare organized presentations, demos, and client or internal materials, and record decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Apply approved AI and automation tools to research and delivery, check their output, protect confidential information, and raise control or data-quality concerns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in product analysis, business analysis, financial technology, digital assets, operations, or a related field. Equivalent applied experience is also considered.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with structured data and spreadsheets, documenting your assumptions clearly.
  • Able to turn a vague question into analysis, a process map, a requirement, or a testable hypothesis.
  • Working knowledge of financial services and digital assets, with curiosity and the ability to pick up unfamiliar concepts quickly.
  • Clear writing and speaking, careful attention to detail, and dependable follow-through in a collaborative team. You are not expected to own an entire product alone.
  • Valued differentiators, not a checklist. You do not need experience in every platform capability.
  • Valued differentiator: exposure to transfer agency, proxy, corporate actions, investor records, tokenized assets, or other institutional financial workflows.
  • Valued differentiator: hands-on work with smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, or distributed ledgers, shown through work, research, prototypes, or other projects.
  • Valued differentiator: experience with SQL, data visualization, APIs, onchain analysis, requirements documentation, or user acceptance testing.
  • Valued differentiator: thoughtful use of generative AI or agent tools, with examples of checking results, understanding limits, and applying human review, plus the ability to recommend a course of action from evidence.

Conditions

Applications may be screened with AI-based tools that support recruiters, but every hiring decision includes human review, and any falsified or misrepresented information leads to disqualification.

The company aims for an inclusive workplace where people can be themselves and bring their best work.

Benefits

  • Broad exposure to digital asset products and institutional market infrastructure, with a direct hand in research, analysis, testing, and delivery.
  • Your work helps connect new technology to practical client needs.
  • Salary range: $120,000 to $160,000.
  • Bonus eligible.
  • Final pay depends on relevant experience, skills, and education.
  • Full details of the comprehensive benefits are available on the company's benefits website.
