The company is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers, hands-on technical builders who design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments.
You join a delivery team and co-build with a Deployment Strategist, a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption. Solutions go live in production from day one.
Engagements range from one large strategic customer to several accounts at once. The work covers configuration, customisation and full-stack deployment across the agentic AI platform, data, platform and headless architectures.
You get AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude, plus the company's own coding products, and work alongside senior Forward Deployed Engineers who have shipped agentic systems at scale.
This role is listed under the Sales job category.
Responsibilities
Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations, running in production at some of the largest enterprises.
Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls and integrations with customer systems, using the agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
Own technical components from architecture choice through to deployment, validation and observability in production.
Build and integrate data pipelines across Snowflake, Databricks, customer data platforms and the company's data platform. Model the data, ship the pipeline and validate the output.
Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting that track deployment health and business outcomes.
Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs that go from sketch to deployable in days, not months.
Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practice and enablement so each team is more capable after an engagement.
Pass platform gaps, edge cases and field insights to senior engineers and the product team.
Work with the Deployment Strategist in your pod to turn customer business challenges into agentic solutions that ship.

Production experience is required, with 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
At least one production system you can walk through in depth, ideally in an AI stack, full-stack development or work with frontier models.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services or forward deployed engineering. This is a requirement.
Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex, and willing to learn more as the work demands.
Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, able to explain why a prompt failed and what you would change.
Able to design data models, APIs and integration patterns, not just use them.
Able to hold your own with sales teams and customer architects.
Ships quality code and evaluates AI outputs with engineering rigour.
Actively tries new AI and data tools and models, and stays curious about what comes next.
