Description

The company's Talent Acquisition group finds and keeps strong hires for its banking business and works to make the process smooth for candidates and hiring teams.

This principal-level role sits on the Professional Talent Acquisition recruiting team. You will source and build talent pipelines, guide candidates through recruiting and selection, advise Talent Acquisition teams, and work on projects that improve the recruiting experience.

You will track recruiting trends and new hiring methods so the team stays ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers, business, group and organization leaders, and other key stakeholders to pin down the talent they need.
  • Run the full recruiting cycle: write strong position descriptions, build diverse candidate slates, promote the company's talent brand, screen candidates, advise business partners on process, and negotiate offers.
  • Own each candidate from first contact through offer and close, and build and carry out sourcing plans to reach top talent.
  • Collaborate across a group of high performing recruiters, encouraging inspiration, empowerment and inclusion.
  • Use recruiting data to give leadership and HR partners timely status updates and hiring results.
  • Look past applicants to search engines, career sites, recruiting events and other creative sourcing methods to find the best people available.

Requirements

  • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Have at least 5 years in recruiting, 5 years in human resources, 5 years in client consulting, or a mix of those three.
  • Experience gained outside a classroom counts just as much as formal education.
  • Preferred: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
  • Preferred: 7+ years in corporate recruiting covering the full lifecycle, research and sourcing.
  • Preferred: 6+ years advising several hiring managers at once while building strong working relationships with them and their teams.
  • Preferred: ability to influence and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: skill with new techniques for attracting and recruiting diverse talent.
  • Preferred: experience with compensation and general HR requirements tied to hiring.
