  • Hands-on work with AI systems, agentic architectures, LLMs, RAG frameworks, tool integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
  • A solid grasp of AI/ML security, covering system design, deployment models, threat vectors, attack methods and defensive controls.
  • Experience building security strategies, threat models, risk assessments and governance frameworks for new technology.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to executives and influence their decisions.
  • Experience leading security programs, incident response or risk management in enterprise environments.
  • Preferred: 8+ years in cybersecurity with substantial leadership in AI security, security architecture or advanced threat programs.
  • Preferred: prior work in an AI-focused security organization at a leading AI company, hyperscaler or highly regulated enterprise.
  • Preferred: hands-on AI red team work, including prompt injection testing, agentic vulnerability assessment, model extraction and adversarial attack simulation.
  • Preferred: experience working with governance groups such as AI Centers of Excellence, security architecture, incident response or enterprise risk teams.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI security tooling, including AI monitoring, guardrails, model risk management and AI governance platforms.
