Sign Up to ReadMillions of people trust Surfshark to keep them safe online. Your job is to make sure the right people find us — and that every euro we spend bringing them in actually works. You'll run paid acquisition across channels and markets, turning data into smarter campaigns and real growth.
If you want to:
Own and optimise paid search and other acquisition channels, with performance and efficiency driving every call;
Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across markets while hitting your CPA and ROAS targets;
Test relentlessly — ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages — and refine what brings in high-quality traffic;
Dig into campaign data to spot growth opportunities, waste, and places to sharpen;
Keep an eye on budgets, trends, and bidding so spend goes where it earns its keep;
Turn results into clear reports that tell people what happened, why, and what to do next;
Work alongside creative, analytics, and product teams to lift performance and convert more visitors;
Stay ahead of paid media shifts and platform changes, and bring fresh experiments to the table.
And you can check off:
Proven experience managing paid search acquisition campaigns;
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, comfortable in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets;
Proven experience running complex, global, large-scale campaigns;
Sharp analytical thinking — you read the data, draw the right conclusions, and act on them;
Strong time management and the ability to work both on your own and with a team;
Great people skills for working smoothly with other departments;
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Bonus points if you:
Use Generative AI tools to speed up your marketing workflows and data analysis;
Bring a habit of questioning what "best practice" means and testing it yourself.
Here’s the deal:
Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;

Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
