Description

The company is a global technology and professional services firm serving U.S. government, defense and intelligence agencies, with about 26,000 employees in more than 50 countries.

This role supports the USCENTCOM J6 CITS program in Tampa, Florida, within the Solutions Delivery organization.

As a broad-scope developer on the Solutions Delivery team, you will build automations, integrations, applications and pipelines that cut manual operational work and free up capacity for the next task.

You will work with business analysts, data engineers and data scientists to deliver capability from start to finish as the program moves to a deliverable-based, automation-first model.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test and deploy automations, integrations and applications across the enterprise toolset, using scripts, workflow automation, APIs and low-code tools.
  • Work across the mission stack, covering automation, application development, workflow integration and data movement.
  • Automate manual Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks so operations staff need less hands-on effort over time.
  • Build and connect solutions on vSphere, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps), Graph API and Entra ID, and containerized environments (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Write and maintain code in Git-based GitLab pipelines, supporting CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
  • Reuse existing capabilities before building new ones, checking scope against tools already in the environment.
  • Write solution documentation, release notes and user guides to support handoff and adoption.
  • Work on NIPR and SIPR networks and follow DoW security, data handling and stewardship standards.
  • The listed duties are not exhaustive.

Requirements

  • Broad software development skills across several languages and platforms, such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript and C.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills for building integrations, pipelines and process automation.
  • Low-code development on the Power Platform, using Power Automate, Power Apps and Logic Apps.
  • API and system-to-system integration using REST and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Git version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to turn requirements into working solutions and iterate quickly.
  • Experience working in secure or DoW environments.
  • 3+ years of related experience as a journeyman in software development or automation engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Active Secret clearance required, and eligibility for TS/SCI.
  • CompTIA Security+ or another DoW 8140 baseline certification, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • U.S. citizenship required. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible.
  • Desired: containerization and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Desired: experience integrating AI and automation services into workflows and applications.
  • Desired: familiarity with mission data platforms such as Palantir Foundry / MSS and Databricks, and related tools including GitLab, OpenShift, RunAI and AWS WorkSpaces.
  • Desired: DevSecOps pipeline experience and secure development practices.
  • Desired: familiarity with USCENTCOM and J6 mission systems and requirements.
