Description

The company uses low-code Pega technology to speed up and cut the cost of workflow digitization, mainly in back-office areas.

You will be based at the company Valencia and work alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts and senior developers.

You will build Pega platform skills from your first day and grow into a dependable team member on the way to Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Build simple case lifecycles with stages, statuses and basic SLAs, plus basic UI components such as form layouts and field groupings, and straightforward data transforms or decision logic.
  • Deliver low-complexity features on your own that meet acceptance criteria and follow development best practices, using debugging tools such as Clipboard, pyWorkPage and Pega Tracer.
  • Build working relationships with Product Owners, Business Analysts and senior developers by joining team meetings, asking questions and asking for help when you need it.
  • Adjust to scope or requirement changes with support from the team while continuing to learn.
  • Complete your Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification and widen your platform knowledge through self-study and sharing what you learn with the team.
  • Own your assigned tasks, ask for guidance when needed, and link your work to the team's wider goals.

Requirements

  • Hands-on professional experience with the Pega platform, at a first-job level.
  • Learning agility: you pick up new concepts, development patterns and business processes quickly and adjust how you learn based on feedback.
  • Analytical problem-solving: you turn simple business requirements into concrete technical configurations and understand their wider business impact with guidance.
  • Communication and collaboration: you ask clear questions, seek guidance at the right moments, take part in team discussions and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail: you follow established patterns, guidelines and acceptance criteria closely so nothing important is missed.
  • Adaptability: you adjust to shifts in scope, requirements and priorities with team support while staying flexible and focused on learning.
  • Proactivity: you take the initiative to see how your tasks fit business goals, follow through on commitments and help improve team efforts and processes.
  • English language proficiency.
  • The company does not expect a perfect match. If you meet only some of these requirements, you are still encouraged to apply.

Conditions

Equal opportunity: candidates are considered without regard to protected characteristics.

Benefits

  • The team values connection: daily check-ins, after-work drinks, fun, honest feedback, support for personal growth and celebrating wins together.
  • The company offers a range of other benefits beyond team culture.
