Start equipment locally when required, report malfunctions, and find and clear faults.
  • Control process air compressors locally.
  • Log pressure, flow and temperature readings for equipment. Inspect plant operating areas for fire hazards and unsafe activity.
  • Inspect, repair and maintain pumping equipment. Exercise and lubricate valves and valve operators.
  • Record preventive, scheduled and emergency maintenance. Keep spare parts stock and order parts as needed. Keep accurate daily logs.
