Description

The team is hiring for a senior migration lead, an individual contributor who runs complex customer migrations from kickoff through successful go-live.

Your application is reviewed by recruiters and hiring managers across the organization. Several roles are open across product areas, including Data360, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Marketing Cloud, and you will be considered for the one that best fits your background.

The company is shifting how businesses work with AI agents, and the role supports customers moving onto modern cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes of end-to-end customer migrations.
  • Act as the main technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, and build trust with customers.
  • Work with Account Teams and Sales leadership so migration goals support each customer's wider business strategy, renewal, and expansion plans.
  • Build working relationships with business and technical stakeholders, turning complicated migration issues into clear decisions.
  • Write and run focused delivery plans that put high-impact milestones first and keep pod timelines on track.
  • Run enablement and alignment sessions so customer teams are ready and confident for the platform change.
  • Adopt AI agents and automation tools to speed up discovery, data mapping, and code conversion, while cutting manual work.
  • Delegate repeatable technical tasks to global delivery center (GDC) partners and stay accountable for the quality of their output.
  • Stay close to outbound Product Managers on roadmaps, and pass field insights back as product improvements.
  • Find underused platform features and add them to migration roadmaps to raise customer throughput and adoption.
  • Be the subject matter expert in at least one domain: Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
  • Use AI and prompt engineering to direct agents in data retrieval, migration health reporting, and task automation.
  • Lead technical contact during major migration incidents, working with Engineering and Product to protect customer operations at cutover.
  • Track technical trends early and recommend releases that keep migrated environments fast and stable.

Requirements

  • Required: 8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, with a strong record on large-scale platform migrations.
  • Required: Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
  • Required: A track record of driving business value, leading technical discussions, and handling complex stakeholder situations.
  • Required: Skill at explaining complex technical architecture in business terms and guiding customers through data transformations.
  • Required: Proven work with global or offshore delivery models, such as GDC, to speed up delivery.
  • Required: Advanced knowledge of the company core (Sales/Service Cloud) or specialized clouds (Marketing, Data, Revenue, or Tableau).
  • Required: Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools used for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation.
  • Required: Understanding of how target cloud platforms connect with telephony systems, third-party data sources, and self-service portals.
  • Required: A degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience is assessed against core role competencies, such as extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, and paid work.
  • Preferred: Certifications in relevant domains, such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
  • Preferred: Past experience as an individual contributor leading transformation engagements worth multiple millions of dollars.
  • Preferred: the company AI Associate or Agentblazer certification.

Conditions

Candidates should apply for no more than 3 roles within 12 months so that efforts are not duplicated.
