Description

The company powers real-time chat, video, activity feeds and AI moderation for more than 1 billion end users across over 4,000 apps, including Strava, Bumble, eBay and Patreon.

The platform handles billions of API requests a month and supports apps with millions of concurrent users, with a focus on high reliability, low latency and a strong developer experience.

The company is a Series B scale-up with offices in Boulder, Amsterdam, Skopje and Toronto and a team of 140+ people from 37 nationalities. Backers include Felicis Ventures, GGV Capital, 01 Advisors, Techstars and Arthur Ventures, and angels include Dick Costolo (ex-CEO of Twitter), Olivier Pomel (CEO of Datadog), Tom Preston-Werner (co-founder of GitHub) and Nicolas Dessaigne (co-founder of Algolia).

The role is a full-time Marketing Operations Analyst position in Revenue Operations, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. It supports the work of improving app quality for billions of users worldwide.

You will own the lead-management, outreach and marketing technology setup that Marketing, SDRs and Sales depend on daily. The goal is that problems get noticed by you before Marketing or the SDR team raises them.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lead lifecycle, including routing and SLA tracking, so that no inbound lead is lost, sent to the wrong person or left without follow-up.
  • Run campaign operations, list management, data flows and email deliverability, and help SDRs get value from outbound tools such as Nooks.
  • Set up checks on routing, follow-up, outreach and marketing data flows so that failures and slowdowns are caught first by you.
  • Keep marketing and funnel data accurate, and maintain core dashboards for both daily work and analysis.
  • Manage Salesforce marketing objects, fields, permissions and integrations, keeping security practices sound.
  • Simplify and automate lead-management and marketing operations work so recurring manual tasks are reduced.
  • Flag risks, gaps and recommendations to Marketing and Revenue Operations early, each with a proposed fix.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations or platform management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience covering campaigns, leads, routing and basic admin.
  • Experience owning a marketing automation platform, including workflows, campaigns, segmentation and lead scoring or grading.
  • Experience designing lead routing and the lead lifecycle, including SLA tracking.
  • Experience using AI tools to analyze data and turn results into clear actions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of catching data and routing problems before stakeholders do.
  • Clear communication and the confidence to set and enforce best practices across Marketing, SDR and Sales.
  • Works independently, takes ownership of systems end to end, and prefers automating recurring problems over fixing them by hand.
  • The company is a scale-up where processes are still being documented and work moves quickly. The role is not a fit for someone who needs a fully defined stack and ticket queue.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience migrating between marketing automation platforms.
  • Bonus: outreach and sales engagement tools, including deliverability and domain reputation.
  • Bonus: BigQuery and Looker, or comparable warehouse and BI tools.
  • Bonus: building automated health checks for marketing data flows instead of manual spot checks.
  • Bonus: full-funnel SaaS operations across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Bonus: marketing attribution.
  • Bonus: automating repetitive marketing operations work, including with AI tools.
  • Bonus: startup experience.
  • Bonus: experience with lead routing tools such as Default.
