Description

Based in Skopje, with hybrid working.

The company is a growth-focused firm with 4,000+ specialists across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. It has been B Corp certified and Climate Neutral since 2021.

This is a 4 month on-the-job traineeship in data and AI for the EMEA region. You join the Analytics team on day one and start on live client projects within your first few weeks.

Masterclasses cover the tools and methods used with clients, taught by the team's analytics experts, with a practical focus rather than academic theory.

Each trainee has a named senior consultant who plans the week with them, reviews their work, and tracks their progress.

You will work with consultants across Europe. The team helps clients build data foundations, from how data is measured and collected to how it is processed and used.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to live projects for brands including Zalando, Stokke, Nikon, and Lufthansa, taking on more ownership each month.
  • By month 4, work at a level close to a junior consultant.
  • Learn how client-side and server-side tracking work.
  • Use the main analytics platforms hands-on.
  • Begin working with cloud data in BigQuery.

Requirements

  • A degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or technical field, or one completed before February 2027.
  • Preferably experience in digital marketing, programming, data, or analytics, such as a student job, an internship, or up to around 1 year of full-time work.
  • Practical familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager, gained through work, coursework, or personal projects.
  • Basic SQL and comfortable working in spreadsheets.
  • Curiosity about how websites and apps collect data.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • A proactive approach and a strong drive to learn quickly.
  • A Google Analytics certification.
  • Exposure to BigQuery or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Some HTML, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience with a consent management platform or another analytics tool, such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Agency experience.

Conditions

Hybrid work based in Skopje.

When the traineeship ends, the intention is to offer a junior contract, subject to performance and business needs.

Benefits

  • A paid 4 month traineeship.
  • Masterclasses and a dedicated senior buddy.
  • Real work for global brands from your first weeks.
  • Hybrid working.
  • B Corp certification and an annual month of charity volunteering.
