Description

The business cards and payments group (BC&P) builds products for small business owners, who turn ideas into income. The team holds a high bar for quality and owns its work from start to finish.

The team values curiosity, asks hard questions, and gives strong ideas room to win.

Responsibilities

  • Find inefficiencies and friction in product development, launches and daily operations, then design solutions for them.
  • Work with other functions to set up streamlined workflows that let the team move faster without losing quality.
  • Use data and user feedback to run continuous improvement on operational processes.
  • Provide core program management for standard and AI-driven workstreams.
  • Track resource use across core workstreams, making sure teams are accountable for headcount and budget.
  • Step into loosely defined, fast-moving work and quickly add structure, clear ownership and execution roadmaps.
  • Own the product organization's tech stack, including Jira, Claude and Tableau, keeping product work fully visible and the data accurate and clean across platforms.
  • Build frameworks and best practices so teams can execute with clarity and alignment.
  • Work with engineering, data and business teams to bring in technology that makes teams more effective.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, product managers, engineering, design and business teams, clearing blockers and keeping execution on track.
  • Help teams align by facilitating communication, documentation and decision-making.
  • Support product launches by confirming operational readiness, mitigating risk and meeting business compliance requirements.
  • Define and track KPIs that measure operational effectiveness.
  • Run root cause analysis to spot problems and improvement opportunities before they escalate.
  • Build reporting and analytics that show product operations performance and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering and business teams.
  • Analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate well and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Have experience with automation and workflow optimization.
  • Have a track record of solving problems by building tools and processes that improve efficiency.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or have military experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in product operations, product management or strategy.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in product operations or related roles.
