Description

The company is a live entertainment business with a ticketing arm, a concert promotion arm, and a media and sponsorship arm. That last team builds music marketing programs linking more than 1,000 brands with about 98 million fans who attend the company's events each year.

The Live Nation Content Studio is hiring a full-time Video Editor to set the editorial direction for custom branded content, corporate projects, and original series for the company's setlist website. The work is fast-moving and collaborative, with several projects running at once. Editing is the core task, but you will also take on creative producing, post-production oversight, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead editor for client pitch materials.
  • Edit promotional and marketing videos for sponsorship clients and artists.
  • Cut interview-based editorial pieces for the setlist website.
  • Edit corporate videos for business clients, internal audiences, and public release.
  • Support shoots as an occasional on-set creative producer, including music festival and concert shoots, other remote locations, and LA studio interviews for the setlist website.
  • Oversee edits on setlist website shows: keep projects on schedule with project leads, CDs, and editors, give creative notes alongside project leads, and review cuts for quality.
  • Set and share best practices for editing and post-production, covering both creative and technical sides.
  • Work with project leads, producers, editors, motion designers, audio specialists, colorists, internal teams, clients, and artists.
  • Follow the creative direction set by project leads and clients, and help push it further.
  • Spot problems early and find fast, efficient fixes under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience editing and producing digital or video content, ideally in music, entertainment, or branded storytelling.
  • A record of delivering standout creative with brands, agencies, talent, or media platforms.
  • Solid grasp of video production from scripting and shooting through post, VFX, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage clients, creatives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience running several large projects with competing deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of creative and production tools such as Google Workspace and Keynote.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Audition.
  • Good understanding of video and audio formats, codecs, and file management.
  • Basic knowledge of conforming media for audio mixing and footage color, specifically in ProTools and Da Vinci Resolve.
  • Interest in storytelling, visual creativity, and cultural relevance.

Travel is required for shoots at music festivals, concerts, and other remote locations.
