Description

The company runs a customer engagement platform that helps brands deliver personalized experiences across channels, with AI-driven decisioning, and it is growing quickly on a global scale.

This is an individual contributor role in the Solutions organization. You will own the POC program, meaning the process, governance and resourcing model that decide how customer proofs of concept are scoped, staffed and run.

You will build the system that gives every Solutions Consultant running a POC a clear playbook, the right people and a structured route to a technical win.

You will set the standards, rhythm and tooling for POC delivery across the team and use data to keep improving it. You will not run any single customer engagement yourself.

The team values autonomy, accountability and openness to new perspectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define the full POC method, including intake criteria, standard timelines, and what counts as success or exit.
  • Build and maintain the resourcing and capacity model that matches POC demand to technical talent across regions, and raise capacity gaps with the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Run the recurring intake, status and review meetings for all active POCs, so Sales and Solutions Consulting leaders can see progress and risk without you running each one.
  • Design the process for flagging scope creep, resourcing gaps and technical blockers, and step in only on the highest-risk POCs.
  • Create and update reusable playbooks, templates and tools that the technical team uses in the field to improve consistency and speed in every region.
  • Own POC program metrics (volume, cycle time, win rate and resourcing utilization) and report trends and recommendations to the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to pass on recurring POC blockers and feature gaps, and with Sales and Solutions Consulting on demand forecasts.
  • Use program data to find bottlenecks and refine process, staffing and tooling to raise win rates and shorten cycle time across the program.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years in technical program management, solutions consulting operations, or a similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • You have designed, scaled or operated a technical program, such as POCs, pilots or technical evaluations, across many engagements at once rather than owning individual ones.
  • You know program management basics: scoping, milestone tracking, resource planning and risk management.
  • You understand technical concepts such as APIs, SDKs and data integrations well enough to scope and sequence the work. You do not need to build the solution yourself.
  • You manage stakeholders well and can align Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering and customers around one plan.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and in speech, and you have reported program health to leadership.
  • PMP, CSM, or an equivalent program or project management certification is a plus.

Conditions

The company is headquartered in New York, with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The role follows a hybrid work model.

For candidates based in the United States, starting base pay is expected to be between $94,000 and $147,000 per year, with expected On Target Earnings (OTE) of $113,000 to $177,000 per year including bonus or commission.

Final offers depend on several individual factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

If you do not meet 100% of the criteria, the company still encourages you to apply.

The company is an equal opportunity employer, and AI-assisted tools support screening and scheduling while recruiters make all hiring decisions.

Benefits

  • Benefits differ by country, and full details are shared when you receive an offer.
  • Competitive compensation that may include equity, including equity grants of restricted stock units (RSUs) as part of the total rewards package.
  • Retirement savings and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage.
  • Fertility benefits and equal paid parental leave.
  • Career pathing, learning platforms and a yearly learning stipend for professional growth.
  • An in-office experience designed to build community, team connections and new ideas.
  • An annual company-wide Volunteer Week and donation matching.
  • Employee Resource Groups that offer support across the company.
