Description

You will design and run the customer Proof of Concept program for the Solutions organization, including how POCs are scoped, staffed and moved forward.

The goal is that every Solutions Consultant running a POC has a clear playbook, enough resources and a set path toward a technical win.

This is an individual contributor role centred on program design and operations. You set the standards, cadence and tooling for POC delivery across the team and use data to improve the program, without owning any single customer deal.

The company is a customer engagement platform that helps brands run cross-channel messaging and personalised customer journeys. It is growing quickly across the globe, with headquarters in New York and offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

Responsibilities

  • Write the end-to-end POC method, including intake criteria, standard timelines, and the success and exit criteria consultants use to scope and run each POC.
  • Build and maintain the resourcing and capacity model that matches POC demand to technical staff in each region, and raise capacity gaps with the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Run the regular intake, status and review meetings for all live POCs so Sales and Solutions Consulting leaders can see progress and risk, without running each POC yourself.
  • Design the risk and escalation process for scope creep, staffing gaps and technical blockers, and step in only on the highest-risk POCs.
  • Create and keep up repeatable playbooks, templates and tools for the field teams, improving consistency and speed in every region.
  • Own POC metrics (volume, cycle time, win rate and resourcing utilization) and report trends and recommendations to the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Pass recurring POC blockers and feature gaps to Product and Engineering, and work with Sales and Solutions Consulting on demand forecasting.
  • Use program data to find bottlenecks and adjust process, staffing and tooling to raise program-wide win rates and shorten cycle time.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years in technical program management, solutions consulting operations, or a similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • Have proven experience designing, scaling or operating a technical program, such as POCs, pilots or technical evaluations, across many engagements at once.
  • Know program management fundamentals well: scoping, milestone tracking, resource planning and risk management.
  • Understand technical concepts such as APIs, SDKs and data integrations well enough to scope and sequence technical work. You do not need to build the solution yourself.
  • Manage stakeholders well and align Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering and customer contacts around one shared plan.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and speech, with experience reporting program health to leadership.
  • Optional: PMP, CSM or an equivalent program or project management certification is a plus.

Conditions

For candidates based in the United States, the starting base salary range is $85,000 to $133,000 per year, with on-target earnings (OTE, including bonus or commission) of $102,000 to $160,000 per year.

The final offer may vary based on market location, job knowledge, skills and experience.

The role follows a hybrid work model.

The company encourages applications from people who do not meet 100% of the criteria.

AI-assisted tools help screen applications and handle scheduling and interview notes, while recruiters make all hiring decisions, and candidates can opt out of AI-assisted review.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.
