Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day technical expert on internal and external projects and engagements.
• Help sell the company's products by presenting solutions to prospective clients and preparing statements of work and pricing.
• Run meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and set project priorities for the best business results.
• Work with senior decision-makers on advanced technology to address major business problems.
• Pass product innovation ideas on to product managers.
• Lead projects and mentor other team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, computer science or another relevant field (preferred).
• MBA or master's degree (preferred).
• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Prior experience in financial services or wireless.
• Prior experience in credit or fraud risk management analysis.
• Experience with business process re-engineering methods.
• Knowledge of FCRA, ECOA, GLBA and other lending regulations (preferred).
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Track record leading enterprise engagements involving analytics, technology or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to juggle several projects and deliver results on time.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate resources and priorities with multiple stakeholders to drive business results.
• Able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Works effectively in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Professional manner that builds and maintains relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate with team members, executives and customers.
• Skilled at building clear, complete presentations.
• Able to turn complex statistical findings into clear results and concrete recommendations, both verbally and in writing.
