Description

The company is the company, an international business account for small and medium-sized businesses that helps them focus on growth. The account already has over 625,000 business customers, and more than 45,000 businesses join each month, many of them relying on it for daily finances.

You will join the Business Account Management Team, which owns Multi-User Access. This feature lets customers add team members to their accounts so they can delegate work and run operations more smoothly. As the company moves up-market, the team solves harder problems around product adoption and feature depth for larger businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Turn data into actionable insights that shape the team's strategy and product decisions.
  • Set clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and tell the team a clear story about how they are progressing.
  • Find and assess high-impact opportunities. Support and speed up the good ones, and propose and push for better options where needed.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality analysis that supports fast, sound decisions. Raise the standard for A/B testing so the team can iterate faster.
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards that cut repetitive work and let people serve themselves with data.
  • Lead complex cross-team projects that unblock key product decisions, from tactical fraud and chargeback risk controls to strategic pricing model choices.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills.
  • You are an expert in SQL and can write clear, fast, reliable queries over large, complex datasets.
  • You have built and owned automated data pipelines with tools such as DBT or Airflow.
  • You have run A/B tests and analysed the results to drive product decisions.
  • You work well on your own in a fast-paced setting. You spot high-impact work and get it done, triage requests by impact, and know how to narrow analysis scope to get 80/20 results.
  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and make complex points easy to grasp. You are skilled at building dashboards and visualisations that tell a story and help diagnose problems.
  • You manage stakeholders well, are collaborative, and influence decisions with data. You know when to say yes or no to maximise impact, and you act on what needs doing.
  • You have experience in B2B and understand the financial and expense management needs of business customers.
  • You are familiar with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance in FinTech.
