The team is hiring a junior developer to design, build and support AI applications for enterprise use, centred on generative AI, large language models and agentic AI.
You will work with application developers, business stakeholders and AI engineers on automation that improves productivity and business processes.
Hands-on experience is welcome, but a strong interest in AI and the ability to learn quickly matter just as much.
Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain generative AI applications in Python using current AI frameworks.
Build enterprise solutions on large language models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or comparable platforms.
Create retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems over company data, using embeddings, vector stores and retrieval methods.
Develop agentic AI workflows that carry out tasks on their own, reason, plan and call tools.
Build AI agents with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar.
Tune prompts and model outputs so they are accurate, reliable and fit business needs.
Connect generative AI features to existing enterprise applications through REST APIs and back-end services.
Create AI-powered chatbots, copilots and automation tools.
Help link AI models with business systems, databases and enterprise platforms.
Write API services with FastAPI or Flask.
Build data pipelines for AI work covering preparation, transformation and indexing.
Work with relational and vector databases that support AI knowledge management.
Help evaluate, test and monitor AI models and keep improving them.
Help deploy and run AI applications in cloud environments.
Take part in MLOps and LLMOps work, including CI/CD automation, model lifecycle management and application monitoring.
Work with application developers, DevOps engineers and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Find and fix application issues and raise system performance and reliability.
Document AI solutions, architecture, development processes and operating procedures.
Join Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and technical discussions.
Expected outcome: help build enterprise generative AI applications that improve business productivity.
Expected outcome: build reliable AI agent workflows that automate business processes.
Expected outcome: design effective RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
Expected outcome: improve LLM application accuracy through prompt engineering and evaluation.
Expected outcome: create scalable AI architectures and reusable AI components.
Expected outcome: collaborate well with business users and technical teams, and keep learning emerging AI technology for enterprise use.
