  • Serve as the team's expert on sustainability topics.
  • Make sure testing follows the bank's and the domain's standards, and push for further gains through automated testing.
  • Guide and lead teams across several locations on management, technical and domain questions, and act as the senior escalation point for all stakeholders.
  • Take part in the full development cycle, working closely with your squad.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years as a product owner or in product management in an agile environment.
  • At least 5 years in financial services or banking, on projects or with teams using BE technologies such as microservices, flows, BPMN and diagrams.
  • Confident leading requirement and priority discussions with senior business stakeholders, and explaining business concepts and requirements to engineers.
  • Experience building technology products that involve data sourcing, management, analytics and reporting, including prototyping, requirements workshops and delivery.
  • Experience as an agile product owner in a Scrum or scaled agile framework, including JIRA, Confluence and running agile events.
  • Understanding of financial products and data across investment, corporate and private banking.
  • Knowledge of and interest in sustainability in financial services is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of IT processes, software development and software operations, plus engineering practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration.
