IT Enterprise Architect

Mission

We are looking for an IT Enterprise Architect to join the Architecture team and support the organization's digital transformation.

You will work closely with agile teams, business stakeholders and IT experts to define and evolve the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment between business needs, IT strategy and architecture standards.

The role combines working with existing legacy environments with identifying innovative solutions and technologies to modernize and improve the IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the architecture strategy and roadmap , aligned with business priorities and needs.
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the IS strategic plan.
• Build and maintain architecture frameworks, guidelines, standards and principles .
• Define and maintain reference architectures.
• Review and challenge project initiatives and solution designs from an architecture perspective.
• Participate in architecture governance, project assessments and architecture validation.
• Perform impact analysis related to new business requirements and architecture evolutions.
• Work closely with project teams and technical experts to ensure solutions comply with architecture standards and business requirements.
• Provide architecture recommendations regarding availability, performance and other technical requirements.
• Monitor emerging technologies and contribute to technology watch and strategic studies.
• Promote architecture standards, principles and best practices across expert communities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Architecture team and contribute to maintaining architecture documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant multidisciplinary IT experience , such as development, analysis or related technical areas.
• 4–5 years of experience with Architecture responsibilities , preferably within large and complex organizations with high-volume/high-transaction environments.
• Proven experience in designing IT architectures and architecture frameworks .
• Knowledge of cloud platforms .
• Experience with ArchiMate .
• Understanding of data structures, solution architecture and system requirements throughout the full lifecycle.
• Experience working in environments using mainframes ; deep mainframe expertise is not required.
• Broad business knowledge and understanding of GDPR .
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business, management, IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, team spirit and ability to work independently.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education/experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• TOGAF certification is considered a plus.
• Experience in private loans/leasing, card payments, CRM, accounting, Camunda, fraud or compliance is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of advanced technologies such as machine learning, data mining, deep learning or NLP is a plus.
• Availability for occasional travel.
