Internship – Quality Engineer and Consultant for SAP Build Process Automation F/M

Description

You will join an R&D team in the unit that builds low-code and no-code (LCNC) tools and intelligent agents for automating business processes. The team handles the whole product life cycle, from development and validation to deployment and customer support.

The company has been active for over 50 years and serves a large base of enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality by designing and running functional and regression test plans, finding and qualifying bugs, and writing automated test scenarios that improve coverage and stability.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests, analyse customer incidents, and write or expand the knowledge base, including documentation, user guides and FAQs.
• Speak with customers directly in an international setting when needed.
• Gather customer needs, turn them into use cases and functional specifications, and help shape product decisions with development and product management.
• Use generative AI to speed up validation, grow the knowledge base and improve support quality.

Requirements

• Be a final-year engineering school or master's student at Bac+5 level, ideally in computer science, information systems or software engineering.
• Understand testing methods such as functional testing, regression testing and test automation.
• Read and understand JavaScript or TypeScript code well enough to judge how a product behaves.
• Show strong analytical skills and attention to detail when investigating and qualifying issues.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with customers, in both French and English.
• Work well in a team within an international, multicultural environment.
• Work independently, look ahead, and learn quickly.
• Plus: knowledge of cloud architectures and process automation tools.
• Plus: interest in AI technologies such as LLMs, autonomous agents, and no-code or low-code tools.

Conditions

The internship lasts 5/6 months and starts in February or March 2027.

Successful candidates might be required to pass a background verification carried out by an external vendor.
