Description

About 18 million conversations take place every 10 minutes between businesses and consumers worldwide.

Consumers have long had a poor experience in these conversations, with long queues, scripted menus, having to repeat themselves, and weak advice. Most people still cannot just describe their problem in plain language when contacting a business.

AI makes natural conversations with customers possible at large scale. Every B2C company, from energy suppliers and telecoms providers to insurers, is expected to use AI agents for customer contact, and the volume of conversations they handle will grow sharply over the next few years.

The company builds the software that helps B2C businesses create, launch, and improve customer-facing AI voice agents at scale. Leading B2C brands, Sky among them, already run thousands of voice agents on it. Building a first agent is simple; making it produce real results for customers and businesses is the difficult part. The company aims to lead this software category, which it expects to be among the most important of the next decade.

The team is small and keen on AI. It works on engineering, product, and go-to-market tasks alike, builds and tests ideas quickly, and relies heavily on AI models. Members take ownership of their work and stay modest, with little ego.

The team's working principles are published online for anyone who wants to read them.

This internship suits someone early in their career, such as a recent graduate, who wants hands-on exposure to how a startup runs, direct contact with customers, and experience helping AI products scale in real settings.

As a Success Strategist Intern, you will work closely with the founders on customer onboarding, agent development, and customer success, helping customers get value from the product.

You will help onboard new customers, build AI agents, support existing accounts, and set up processes that let the company grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support pilot accounts and help customers launch their AI agents.
  • Handle customer messages, answer questions, and fix simple issues.
  • Track agent performance and customer health metrics.
  • Take part in customer workshops and training sessions.
  • Help build and refine AI agents with the team.
  • Help create workflows for onboarding and pilot management.
  • Use automation tools such as n8n and Zapier to make internal work more efficient.
  • Write down best practices and playbooks.
  • Turn customer feedback into insights for the product and engineering teams.
  • Help with operational work that supports the company's growth.
  • Prepare materials for customer and team meetings.
  • Step in wherever needed to keep projects moving.

Requirements

  • You enjoy working with customers and helping them succeed.
  • You are comfortable with technology, or have a semi-technical background.
  • You communicate well in English and German, especially in writing.
  • You have tried out AI agents or workflows and understand concepts such as prompt engineering.
  • You are organized and practical, and you do not mind routine, behind-the-scenes work.
  • You are early in your career and eager to learn quickly.

Conditions

Visa: US citizens or visa holders only.

The role is not a fit if you come from a purely business background with no experience in workflows or AI agents.
