Description

The company designs travel for individual clients, pairing each one with local private guides who show them the authentic side of a destination. It operates in over 120 countries across eight business lines, including private touring, cruises, villas, yachts, expeditions, land travel, private jets and air.

The role is a marketing analytics internship where you work directly with GA4 and Amplitude to turn raw data into decisions about campaigns. You will advise marketing colleagues across channels on strategy and explain what is performing well, what is not, and the reasons behind it. You will have a lot of independence over your work and room to lead a larger project that you present to the team at the end of the internship.

Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and analyze web data for the teams that bring visitors to the site through paid, email, social, search and partner channels.
  • Monitor traffic, engagement and conversion trends, then turn them into clear recommendations.
  • Link marketing spend to outcomes by finding campaigns that beat or miss expectations and segmenting audiences.
  • Look closely at landing pages, funnel drop-offs, and differences by device or channel, then take each analysis from question through data and insight to a recommendation.
  • Help build dashboards in Amplitude or Power BI so stakeholders can check results and answer their own questions without filing requests.
  • Meet with marketing partners to clarify goals, set success measures, and suggest ways to improve campaigns and measurement.
  • Lead a bigger initiative of your choice, such as an attribution study, A/B test readout, customer journey analysis, or new reporting framework, and present the findings to the wider team.

Requirements

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude or Adobe Analytics, gained through coursework, projects or past internships.
  • Experience combining fragmented data from several sources into one reliable view.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling and clear charts.
  • Nice to have: SQL and/or Python for querying, cleaning and analyzing data.
  • Curiosity about how users behave and a real interest in understanding that through data.
  • Clear communication, able to explain findings to non-technical people and build a coherent story from data.
  • Interest in data, marketing and UI/UX, and how they shape the customer experience.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable with uncertainty, asks useful questions and manages your own schedule.

Conditions

Full-time internship, hybrid, paying $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Accommodation for disability is available at any stage of hiring under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and AI tools may help screen applicants, though people make the final hiring decisions.

Benefits

  • Hands-on use of industry-standard analytics and BI tools.
  • Ownership of work that shapes live campaigns and budget decisions.
  • Regular access to marketing and analytics leaders, with mentorship throughout the internship.
  • A portfolio-ready project and experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
