Description

The role is based in Utah and is hybrid, with some regular days in the office each week. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and a credit check.

The company builds a people intelligence platform for HR. It uses AI tools to speed up its workflows and frees up time for higher-impact work. It is looking for curious people who want to find out how AI can improve their work and help reshape HR.

This role designs and delivers paid and premium HR education, including certification programs, cohorts, workshops, learning labs, LMS courses, and short digital lessons. It covers HR practice areas such as compliance, performance management, AI fluency, and AI workforce strategy. You work with subject-matter experts to turn their knowledge and research into clear, practical learning that helps customers adopt the product and become self-sufficient. You use AI across research, drafting, personalization, production, and program operations, apply instructional design judgment, and study performance data to recommend changes to timing, sequencing, format, and clarity. You work with Marketing, GTM, Customer Success, Product, and Knowledge Governance so the education stays accurate, matches product releases and the customer journey, and supports adoption, retention, lead generation, and paid-program results.

The company gives people room to grow, both professionally and personally, and supports them while they try new ideas. Employees work in a values-driven culture where openness, integrity, and doing the right thing guide how the team works.

The company is committed to full inclusion of qualified people with disabilities and provides reasonable accommodations during hiring. To request one, tell your recruiter.

The company uses AI in recruiting under published guidelines for candidates. Those guidelines explain how it uses AI, how it expects candidates to use AI, and what is not allowed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver paid and premium HR education end to end in formats such as certification programs, cohorts, webinars, workshops, labs, LMS courses, and microlearning. This includes analysing the audience and learning needs, writing objectives, session plans, exercises, assessments, job aids, and facilitator materials.
  • Build education on compliance, performance management, and related people topics, as well as AI fluency and AI workforce strategy, with enough depth to teach it credibly with SME support.
  • Work with internal and external experts to shape their knowledge and research into structured, practical curricula. You do not need to be the deepest expert on every topic.
  • Create scripts, slides, videos, and short learning assets using AI for research, drafting, and editing, while keeping content accurate, accessible, and clear. Prototype content on your own before passing it to the production team.
  • Add clear calls to action to education that generate qualified leads and grow the pipeline and paid programs, working with Marketing and GTM.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate live customer sessions and adjust in the moment to customer questions, context, and learner needs.
  • Set success measures for the sessions and assets you own, and track signals such as webinar metrics, LMS analytics, and in-product data where available, including enrollment, completion, certification, and lead conversion.
  • Work with Journey Operations to recommend changes to education timing and sequencing based on customer behaviour and learning results.
  • Manage several moderate-complexity projects and content updates, including stakeholder reviews, versioning, and release readiness, keeping quality and consistency high as paid programs grow.
  • Work with Product, Product Marketing, Support, and Knowledge Governance to keep content accurate, consistent, and aligned with standards.
  • Find content gaps and propose fixes that improve self-service, add value to paid and premium programs, and reduce repeat support requests.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in customer education, enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. This must include building or delivering education that customers pay for, such as premium content, paid programs, cohort learning, certification, or professional services.
  • Strong facilitation, co-facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to adjust during live customer sessions.
  • Solid grounding in instructional design and adult learning. You can simplify complex workflows and product concepts and turn SME knowledge and research into practical learning.
  • Working knowledge of HR practice areas such as compliance and performance management, and the ability to get up to speed quickly by working with subject-matter experts.
  • Practical AI skills: you use AI to speed up research, design, production, program operations, demonstrations, and learner support, and you judge and correct AI output well. Familiarity with AI workforce strategy topics.
  • Strong collaboration and project execution across several stakeholders. You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including work with Marketing, GTM, and Customer Success.
