Help Desk Tech - Day Shifts - TS/SCI W/Polygraph

Description

This is a regular, on-site Help Desk Technician IV role on the day shift in Colorado Springs, USA, within the Technical Support Services job family.

You must already hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph in addition to TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults in network, desktop and systems hardware and software.
• Give hands-on technical support to users and keep their systems running.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with solid troubleshooting ability.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• A technical training certificate, certification or degree.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• The program also requires a PWS 9.1 certification and either Security+ CE or another 8570 certification.
• US citizenship.

Conditions

Works on site in Colorado Springs, USA, with 40 scheduled hours per week and no travel.

Likely hourly rate of $36.78 to $49.76. This is not a guaranteed salary: pay depends on experience, location and possibly contract terms, and may fall outside this range.
