The growth team owns our go-to-market systems: the CRM and everything connected to it, including enrichment, sales engagement, outbound agents, lifecycle messaging, routing, visitor intelligence and paid media. GTM OS, our internal platform, ties these together. We are hiring a GTM Engineer to run this motion and build the agents and data layer behind it.
The company builds an autonomic logistics platform that senses what is happening across a network, decides how to respond and adjusts as results come in. The go-to-market side should work the same way: a signal arrives, an agent decides what to do with it, the rep gets the account ready to work, and every outcome feeds back so later decisions improve.
GTM OS is already in production, the agents are running and the stack is connected. The job is to turn these parts into one reliable engine that produces pipeline, bring it up to a production standard, and then decide what it should do next.
The company provides delivery and logistics infrastructure for large retail and commerce brands.
Responsibilities
Build and operate the AI agents that run across the go-to-market motion, covering account research, signal qualification, message drafting, routing and reply handling. Take them from design through evals and rollout, then monitor them.
Build one system for paid and ABM: generate audiences from the CRM, launch and pause campaigns under rules you write, send engagement back to the agents, and connect spend to accounts worked and pipeline created.
Own the account context layer that agents and campaigns depend on. This covers entity resolution, evidence types, data freshness and provenance, and the rules for segment, industry, region and product that define the market.
Build on GTM OS and make its capabilities available to sales and marketing inside the tools they already use.
Act as the technical owner of the CRM and connected go-to-market systems, from the data model and routing logic to the integrations and automations that keep everything current and consistent.
Own sending infrastructure and deliverability, including domain strategy, warm-up, suppression and sender reputation for every program that sends email.
Set up evals, observability, permissions and audit trails so the system reports its own failures before a rep finds them.
Your success is measured by what the motion produces: reply and meeting rates, pipeline and revenue, and cost per account worked. Agent reliability and data quality are the means to those results.
Requirements
A track record running outbound, paid, ABM or lifecycle programs, including the pipeline they produced and the systems you built to run them.
Software you built and kept running in production, such as a service, agent or pipeline that other people relied on. Be ready to show it.
Experience writing outbound that scales but still reads as personal. Sequences should be triggered by a recent change for the buyer and tied to what the company sells, with reply rates to back them up and the judgment to see why a message is not working.
Experience running paid media budgets and building audiences, with a clear sense of which decisions should stay with a person.
Hands-on experience applying AI to go-to-market work, such as agents, LLM-based automation, MCP-style integrations and the evals that show whether they work.
Fluency in Python or TypeScript, and daily use of Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools, with specific views on where those tools fall short.
Experience building and debugging API integrations, including auth, rate limits, sync direction and failure modes.
Salesforce development experience with the data model, the API and Apex, or a track record of picking these up quickly.
Data skills: SQL, warehouse concepts, and the habit of tracing a data quality problem from source to destination.
Ability to turn a vague request into scoped work and explain the tradeoffs involved.
Conditions
Apply by sending your resume, links to work you have built and kept running (a repo, a live service, an agent, or a sequence with its results), and a short note on the system or motion you are proudest of and why. A Loom walkthrough of a piece of work or a Replit prototype of a GTM agent for the company is also welcome in place of a cover letter.
