The company designs and operates next-generation airships that inspect energy infrastructure from the air, flying long-range, low-emission missions that spot methane leaks on pipelines and defects on power lines.
As it moves toward industrial volume, the hard part is increasingly the work around each flight, not the flying itself.
The Platform team connects the other teams with reliable, shared solutions, from sales automation to operational deployment.
Interview process: a 30-minute introductory phone call, take-home work, a technical discussion, and an on-site meeting with the team.
Responsibilities
Build internal applications for operations, regulatory, sales and tech teams, such as mission planning, fleet and inventory tracking, post-flight review, regulatory dashboards and CRM-adjacent tools.
Spend time with the teams you build for, learn how the business really runs, and turn that into clean data models and sound code abstractions.
Find repetitive, error-prone steps such as compliance paperwork, cross-team handoffs and status updates, and replace them with software.
Connect existing tools, including Notion, Slack, GitHub and OnShape, so data flows automatically into a single source of truth.
Help operations turn weather, airspace, regulation, fleet availability and mission objectives into a concrete flight schedule.
Work on the ground station, including telemetry dashboards, sensor feeds and pilot-facing tools, with the embedded team on clean interfaces between aircraft and ground.
Contribute to APIs and services that support frontend applications and integrations.
Help build automations and AI-powered tools.
Apply good practice in testing, scalability and code quality.
Work closely with the Head of Platform and other engineers.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Any level of experience is fine, and new graduates are welcome.
Frontend: comfortable with React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS or similar.
Backend: comfortable with NestJS or Express on Node.js, or FastAPI on Python, plus REST and PostgreSQL.
Comfortable with Git, Docker, AWS, Railway, CI/CD pipelines and modern web app fundamentals.
Comfortable using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot to ship faster.
Bonus: familiarity with GIS and geospatial stacks (MapLibre, Mapbox GL, Leaflet, PostGIS, GeoJSON, vector or raster tiling), and C or C++.
English is required for internal communication and documentation. French is a plus.
Curious: you ask why things are built the way they are, and you find out when nobody answers.
Open-minded: you hold strong opinions but change them when shown something better, and you assume good intent.
Self-directed: given a vague problem, you return with a first version and the right follow-up questions, without waiting for the next step.
You care about what you build, whether that is code, climate, aerospace or something else, and you bring real interest to it.
You work well in a high-pace setting where priorities shift, decisions are fast and reality beats plans, and you see that as energy.
