Description

The company is a frontier enterprise AI firm building agents that run inside heavily customized SAP systems at machine speed, so multi-step finance and operations work can run without manual support teams.

The agents use each customer's ontology, live operational data, and operating procedures, and the company aims to turn legacy ERP from a record-keeping system into an execution layer.

Its products are deployed at Fortune 500 companies in CPG, distribution, high tech, and oil and gas. The team includes engineers from DeepMind, SAP, Meta AI, and Amazon AGI Labs.

You will take a product from its first version onward, along with its infrastructure. The work covers a secure connector and runtime for complex enterprise systems, developer tools, and an engine that analyzes and plans migrations of legacy code.

You will work directly with customers on high-impact projects and help shape the team's culture, engineering standards, and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Design the agent layer and add self-checking, reflection, and verification steps before results reach people or other systems.
  • Build inference paths with low-latency serving and token-level observability.
  • Put prompt pipelines, retrieval, and light fine-tuning into production where they make a real difference.

Requirements

  • Experience orchestrating agent workflows and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools, with concrete ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.
  • An ownership mindset and clear communication, and you are comfortable making decisions with about 80 percent of the information.
  • You move quickly without breaking things, are willing to pick up new stacks, and approach problems with a we-will-figure-it-out attitude.
  • A plus: familiarity with LangGraph.

Conditions

The role is in person in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Visa support and sponsorship are available.

The company asks that you be fine with a fast-moving, in-person setup.

Benefits

  • Direct influence on the product and the company, with little bureaucracy.
  • A high standard for craft, speed, and shipping work that is practical.
