Description

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company focused on performance marketing as its first dedicated customer-facing hire. You will take ownership of customer deployments, advise high-growth consumer brands on advertising strategy, and build the deployment function alongside the founding team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts end to end, including weekly calls, supporting materials, and performance presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on advertising strategy, explain AI-driven campaign activity, and share relevant business context with the product system.
  • Analyze advertising performance, audit accounts, and turn detailed metrics into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
  • Make hands-on changes in advertising accounts when needed to address gaps or improve campaign performance.
  • Develop deployment processes and playbooks, with an opportunity to grow into hiring and leading a team.

Requirements

  • Three to fifteen years of experience in consulting, ideally alongside hands-on performance marketing or advertising experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, including direct experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical judgment and experience reviewing campaign data, auditing accounts, and evaluating ad performance.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to advise senior executives and explain complex results.
  • Experience using AI tools and developer tools, such as Claude or Codex, to build or automate workflows.
  • Startup experience in consumer brands, ad technology, or a related environment is valuable. A STEM degree or strong academic background is also relevant.
  • Must have work authorization that does not require employer-sponsored visa support.

Conditions

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in New York, United States.
