Forward Deployed Engineer - Turkish

Description

The company is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, where the work goes live in production from the first day.

You will join a delivery team and co-build with a Deployment Strategist, a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption.

Engagements range from one large strategic customer to several accounts at the same time, and the work covers configuration, customisation and full-stack deployment.

Candidates should apply for no more than 3 roles within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that take real actions for large organisations whose customers depend on them in production.
• Design agent logic, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls and links to customer systems, using the company's agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
• Own technical components from architecture decisions through to deployment, validation and production monitoring.
• Build and integrate data pipelines across the company Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer data platforms, covering data modelling, pipeline delivery and output validation.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking agent performance and customer KPIs, so deployment health and business results stay visible.
• Help build proofs of concept and MVPs that go from sketch to deployable in days, not months.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement so each team is stronger when you leave.
• Pass platform gaps, edge cases and field insights to senior engineers and the product team.
• Work with the Deployment Strategist in your pod to turn customer business problems into agentic solutions that ship.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through, ideally in an AI stack, full-stack development or with frontier models.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Have prior customer-facing technical delivery experience, such as consulting, professional services or forward deployed engineering. This is required.
• Be fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex, and willing to learn others as the work requires.
• Have hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, and be able to explain why a prompt failed and what you would change.
• Understand data modelling, APIs and integration patterns well enough to design them yourself.
• Hold your own with sales teams and customer architects.
• Write quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigour.
• Keep up with the changing AI and data landscape by trying new tools and models and staying curious about what comes next.
• Work well in a team that builds things rather than just discussing them.
• Travel about 25% of the time and work directly alongside customers.
• Speak Greek as a native language and English at full proficiency.
