Description

The team is in Athens and works on cybersecurity for clients in critical industries. Its technology work sits underneath client strategy, performance and growth, and it builds scalable, secure solutions that people can actually use.

You will work on high-stakes client engagements where clients come to the team when the stakes are highest, with a forward-looking approach to hard problems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity work on key client projects as the lead consultant.
  • Build cybersecurity strategies, operating models and governance structures for clients, mapped to recognised standards and legal obligations.
  • Help clients design and roll out security and data protection controls that address current and emerging risks, including cyber resilience and secure AI.
  • Create incident response plans and capabilities that meet legal obligations, then test them through tabletop and simulation exercises.
  • Develop custom cyber risk methods that draw on threat intelligence and threat modelling, run risk assessments and give leadership clear, interactive reporting.
  • Support clients in handling cyber risk from third parties and across their supply chains.
  • Design and run training that builds a cyber awareness culture within client organisations.
  • Run compliance and maturity assessments against security and privacy laws and standards such as NIS2, DORA, GDPR, NIST and ISO 27001. Use tools to enforce policy, manage risk and monitor controls, including AI tools, cyber drill platforms, GRC software and DLP.
  • Coach colleagues so they grow into cybersecurity and privacy specialists.
  • Help build new methodologies and client services.
  • Take part in business development and presales for the team.

Requirements

  • A BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • An MSc in Information Security or a relevant international certification such as CISSP, CISM or CISA is considered an asset.
  • At least 3 years of proven cybersecurity experience.
  • Deep knowledge of information security and data privacy principles, control frameworks, methods, best practice and legal and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, ISF and COBIT.
  • Ability to design new methods that fit client needs and environments.
  • Ongoing interest in security industry developments, and the drive to bring them into the service portfolio.
  • Responsibility for the technical accuracy of materials and deliverables shown to clients.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Strong skill at developing and coaching people.

Conditions

Every applicant receives an acknowledgement and is handled in strict confidence.

Benefits
