  • Build lasting client relationships through trusted advisor roles, repeat work and cross-selling.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry conferences and professional organizations.
  • Serve as project manager or task lead, controlling scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated compliance and environmental solutions.
  • Track project performance and support financial work, including forecasts and workload planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum: bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, chemistry or a related field.

  • Minimum: valid driver's license and a passing Motor Vehicle Records check under company policy.

  • Preferred: master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent, in compliance programs, client development and regulator interaction across consulting, industry or government.
  • Preferred: proven seller-doer record in client development, proposal support and generating repeat work.
  • Preferred: established client relationships or market presence in regulated sectors such as manufacturing, life sciences, energy, chemicals, or federal or state agencies.
